lyrics
Touch your face and scratch your head
and let my voice linger above your bed
Close your eyes and realize
anxiety is your fatal demise
Lay back down, back to sleep, listen to the voices float and creep.
Lay back down, back to sleep, in the corner lurking a dark being.
It's all ok, so you say.
It's all ok, It's all ok.
Try and yell to break the spell of
Shadow Man's deep sinister interest
Can not wake but can not rest
as darkness bestows weight upon your chest
Shake and sweat must not forget
the pestering what ifs that swim in your head
Check the curtain so you're certain
dark figures won't lead you to your death
Lay back down, back to sleep, listen to the voices float and creep.
Lay back down, back to sleep, in the corner lurking a dark being.
It's all ok, so you say.
It's all ok, so you say.

For some reason, what I previewed and the real songs was somewhat different - maybe because of the cover art?
But I definitely don't regret something more spacial than expected. The recent Ocean drifting in space. frankwurst
The Long Island metal band's third album etches arena-sized hooks into their jagged compositions, deftly balancing experimental and poppy inclinations. Bandcamp Album of the Day May 12, 2022
The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points.
This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
